Brother Adnan,

It looks like that was an interesting program. But my dear, we must see that before we all can post our comments.
Can it be arranged in a way that we all watch it or read the summary of argumentation?.

Best wishes.

Dear Aurangzaib: The cited program is not yet available on the Express Web site nor on youtube.com right now. However i try to elucidate in order to get your valuable comments.
there were 02 mulanas are hosts in that program, one belongs to the AHL-E-HADEES and second one from AHL-E-SUNNAT Fiqqa, The Host Mubashir Lucman has emphesized that "is this not ZINA"?? to have londi without Nikkah and do whatever you want with her.... the both mulanaas gave expmples of various "WAR" in the era of Risalatmab and proved from AHADEES as well as Quran that you can occupy women as londi who are left by your enemies... such nonsense examples were given by both so called ulmaas... but the end was so interesting which i had bee expacting from them. i.e. when Mubashir Lucman said that you both could not define correctly the difference b/w Zina and keeping Londiyaan, they both replied " we must not utilize our WIT where Allah and Rasool have ordered/instructed somthing...

one of my friends knows Mubashir Lucman, he told me that if you have any LOGICAL PROOF to falsify these statments given by so called mullaas, feel free to forward it to me, i would forward that to Mubashir Lucman, as he said to air one more program on such topic...

Many many thanks for brothers Ali Haider, PeerGee and Adnan,

I am going through this very interesting programme. Comments will follow soon, as Quran is very clear and specific about slavery. The comments given by public on the link you provided, are also very amusing.
I request other participants to share the discussion.

Dear all,

Many thanks again for allowing me the opportunity to go through the very interesting debate through the links kindly provided by friends.

It was evident that on the indictment of Zina by Mr. Luqman, all the three religious scholars painted a picture of indecisive reluctance and their clarifications lacked confidence or precision and they looked mostly busy in beating about the bush.

Mr. Luqman was however admirably precise in declaring that without a legal Nikah agreement, the relationship with a londi cannot be other than Zina. Not to speak of the element of mutual agreement.

Their orthodox religiosity had no scruples in allowing the ‘rape’ of a living human being that is already helpless, under their possession. Can a rape ever be called ‘fair’? Aren’t mutual agreement, plus openly testifying to assume lifelong responsibililties, the pre-requisites of a sexual relationship, as prescribed by the Almighty? And aren’t these pre-requisite conditions being followed all over the world, by all major faith groups?

They were trying to produce an hotch-potch blend of a ‘benevolent doctrine’ with an allowance for ‘some kind of slavery’. And they singled out only the "women prisoners" for that hotch-potch eventuality. They quoted some verses. One of them 47/4, that ordains freeing of all prisoners either through kindness or a certain ransom. But still they did not let go their chances to own a Londi as they, immediately afterwards, keenly applied Londiship upon those women prisoners who were, according to their wishful thinking, not able to revert to their families, having been rendered unacceptable to them. Needless to say that the scenario they tried to create was of their own making, meant somehow to steal a chance to fulfil their lusts.

Had there been such a real situation, the women prisoners would naturally become the responsibililty of the benevolent government, who would not let them be the property of those Mullas, to be used for immoral and illicit sexual purposes by these ‘righteous ones’.

And no one mentioned here 7/157: that prescribes one of the main goals of this doctrine as “wa yadha’ ‘anhum israhum wa al-aghlaal allati kanat alayihim”. Meaning that all kinds of burdens and servile bonds and chains had to be removed from the humanity.

Dr. Mohammad Aslam Siddiqi of Jamat-e-Islami quoted 23/1-6 to substantiate his claim of sexual exploitation of Londis. 23/5-6 says: “And (they are) those who guard their chastity EXCEPT UPON THEIR WIVES OR UPON THOSE THAT THEIR RIGHT HANDS POSSESS”. Doesn't this translation mean that "the chastity is not guarded, but "violated by going to wives and londis"? Please pause for a moment here and analyse their translation.

Let us examine the pros and cons of this traditional translation:

Question: How is the CHASTITY violated by going to your lawful wives? Or by going to your lawful possession?

Answer:
1) It may not be violated at all……. IF Quran is talking about your lawful wives.
2) And it may again not be violated…. IFQuran is declaring the Londi fair and lawful for sexual purpose……..

because CHASTITY is only violated by adopting “UNFAIR OR HARAM” ways. AND..
because Quran here IS NOT TALKING AT ALL ABOUT WIVES, LONDIS AND CHASTITY.

Kindly see here the most rational up-to-date research into Quranic meanings:

23/5-6: And (they are) those who safeguard (haafizun) their weaknesses/secrets (li furujihim) except from those who are either their own companions/colleagues (azwajihim) or, are under their command or control, by virtue of some authentic agreement/oath/commitment/contract etc.(ma malakat ayimaanuhum).

Bravo for our Mulla, for forcefully inducting the element of SEX everywhere into Quranic doctrine.

Mr. Ibtisam Ilahi supported his stand by declaring the grant of a Londi (Hazrat Hajira) to Hazrat Ibrahim by the King of Egypt. And that was in a faithful pursuance of the Jewish/Christian insinuations meant to downgrade the whole chain of Ishmaelite offspring, as having very humble origins. Quran never gave a hint about that!

And about Mr. Naeemi’s standpoint, that we have to believe in Quran without using our intellect! Many questions arise over this ‘valuable’ verdict. But I would rather be short and quote only one verse that might be an eye opener for our Mufti Sahib:

8/22: “Inna Sharrud dawwaaba ‘indallahi, as-summu al- bukmu, allazina LA YAQILOON”
‘Verily the WORST OF ALL CREATURES according to ALLAH are those DEAFS and DUMBS who do not use (the God given) INTELLECT” !!!!!

The most important point still remains to be mentioned. Let us all imagine that those poor, unfortunate “Londis” happen to be our own mothers, sisters and daughters in possession of the enemies (because anything can happen in warefare – what a disillusionment for a Mulla !! ). Should we like the same treatment for them? Because, according to Mulla, it’s a divine mandate? Divine mandates are the same for people of all faiths, as all faiths are Islam with God. So, they won’t be committing a crime if they commit Zina with our women (Londis)!!!.... If not,….. then why should we resort to shameful, inhuman thinking about the equally respectable human beings from other communities, irrespective of their being friends or enemies? The word Londi itself is so contemptuous that to use it for a human being is a disgrace. At least, it shakes my inner self with horror and remorse. Imagine the use of this word for your own womenfolk?

In the end we all must agree that the indictment of Zina by Mr. Luqman is justified as per Quranic injunctions. And our Ulema stand justly accused as the worst criminals of Islam.

The above is just a humble opinion with the support of great Quran. Just wrote because some of my dear brothers demanded, and it was improper not to obey.

God bless you.
