This surah is named AL-TAKWEER not because word KUWWIR is used in this surah but because it is a surah that explains what will happen, when it will happen, how it will happen and most importantly why it will happen. The whole Quran is full of longest to shortest lectures wherein it talks about all things mankind need to know for living in this world properly. However it is up to people to understand the Quran properly and adopt it faithfully or to live as they wish to live and suffer the consequences explained in the Quran. The Quran makes it absolutely clear that time will come when deen of Islam will become fully established in the kingdom of God regardless what opponents of the message of the Quran think or do. The Quran also talks about various stages of human development and progression from totally ignorant human beings to highly learned and knowledgeable human beings. It is made clear in the Quran that there are three ways open to mankind to learn knowledge. A)Personal life experience based learning through interacting with things. This is why people are told to use their brains, senses, bodies and all the rest that is provided for them for this purpose properly. B)The other source of information for mankind to learn knowledge from is revelation from God. However to understand revelation of God properly people need deepest and widest life experience based knowledge. It is due to the fact that one cannot make proper sense of revelation of God in isolation from real world realities and that is because God has sent his message for mankind to live in the real world properly so that the purpose for which God has created everything including mankind could become fulfilled, therefore if people have no idea about the real world and its realities then how can they live in it properly? This is why humanity has third option as well ie option c. C)This way of learning knowledge is based upon the idea of using both the options already told. This way one can test one’s knowledge about real world and its realities against one’s knowledge based upon revelation of God and one’s knowledge based upon revelation of God against one’s knowledge about the real world and its realities. If one has understood them both properly then one will see clearly that one’s proper understanding of real world and its realities will complement one’s proper understanding of revelation of God. However if one has made any mistakes in understanding them both or either of them then both will be seen at odds with each other ie they will be seen in conflict with each other. If this happens one should be ready to review one’s understanding to see what mistake has occurred, where, why or how etc. For the time being a lot of mistakes will occur because humanity is at the beginning end of learning things but as time goes on and people keep on refining things and keep on improving their knowledge about things and become better and better at learning things, the number of mistakes will become negligible or will reduced to a bare minimum. Mistakes should not be allowed by a person to dishearten oneself. As the saying goes Rome was not built in a day, so we should not expect to become learned or fully knowledgeable in one sitting or even in one day or in one week or in one month or even in one year rather learning is a lifelong process and it has taken many human generation for us to be where we are today and it will likewise take many more human generations to be where we need to be. All a person can do is, do one’s best according to one’s God given abilities and things will keep moving in the right direction, which God has set for things to move.

This surah is about signs or stages that will appear along the way of this missionary struggle before actual worldwide establishment of the way of life advised by God for mankind. It tells us everything will be done by mankind themselves for making this happen. There is a sequence of events eg first the mankind will spread the Quran worldwide. Next there will come about people who will know the message of the Quran properly. These proper scholars of the Quran will spread throughout the world and will help mankind understand the Quran properly. As people will become better and better in knowing things they will force changes in their own human societies in the right direction. This process will continue till mankind reach the destination the Quran has already told them already. There is going to be a lot of time involved in each of these events because the Quran cannot be distributed in one day nor the scholars who will know the Quran properly can be produced overnight. Not only that but it will take proper scholars of the Quran a lot of time to educate worldwide human population about the Quran properly. There is going to be resistance as well along the way by masters of this world who control bread and butter of humanity because that is the way human population has organised and regulated itself so things will remain as they are till that human population learns the proper way of doing things and reorganises and reregulates itself according to proper purpose based ideology or deen of Islam. Only and only then various kinds of negative divisions and discriminations will be gotten rid of and gap between rich and poor will disappear as people become one under God and learn to live as a proper human family in kingdom of their creator and sustainer. However the way people end dominance of a few over masses is up to the masses as well as up to the master of humanity themselves. This is why both options are mentioned in the Quran. Before worldwide establishment of way of life based upon the Quran we are told political landscape will be evened out. This could be done in three ways. a)Through education based revolution alone if people do not resist this movement and take part in it whole heartedly b)Through bloody revolution first and then education based revolution and c)Through evolutionary processes which involve bits of both here and there but not everywhere. Option a is the fastest way to get to the desired goal and option c is the slowest to get to the goal. However all this is up to people themselves to decide and do. Uprisings will keep on taking place here and there unless mankind stop doing to each other what they are doing to each other and reform. In this Surah the main thing is information about possible future events and situations and the fact that the Quran is not to be taken lightly because it is only and only for the benefit of mankind themselves. The proof of divine origin of the Quran is that it gives right information to people to educate them so that they could see where in lies their own well being in actual fact. This is never done by any selfish self interest motivated leadership because they are in the power game for themselves and not for helping others to do better for themselves as well as others. If any good is coming to anyone it is only an inevitable by product which they cannot avoid or stop. People try to keep their information a secret because to them knowledge is power and no one wants to share power with anyone if one wishes to be the sole person in power over others. Power secrets are guarded very jealously by rulers, mullahs and money lenders as well as rest of humanity through incentive of personal gains or coercion or peer pressure etc etc. The Quran however wants each and every bit of information to be shared by all with all without any restrictions of copyright. A clear evidence the Quran is revealed by God and that messenger sent by God is truly his messenger or why will he share such powerful information with others instead of using it to his advantage?

The Quran is very clear that harmful and destructive people will try their best to not to let this world become a paradise without a fight to the finish. So before this world becomes a beautiful place things may have to turn really ugly so that people get fed up with that situation and then look for ways to get out of it and then if they pay attention to message of the Quran they may turn the world around into a living paradise. It is because people just get used to living the way things happen to be till they get so bad that they must do something about it to bring about at least some desperately needed change. This is what triggers uprisings or bloody revolutions that the Quran reminds people about which ignorant people say are just made up tales of the ancient. Words and their meanings must also be paid attention because meanings depend on their roots and roots are based upon individual letters which have certain concepts attached to them because that is how human language developed. Originally people used to draw pictures of things they had in their minds and they used gestures for communications between themselves just like other animals from whom they learned their way of communicating with each other. That is because human beings learned things by observing other things which existed since before them. Since mental pictures were actually drawn to convey information to each other which was in peoples’ minds therefore those pictures and their related concepts became standardised over time and later pictures were changed into letters and then letters were modified for ease of writing so humanity ended up with what we have today. However original concepts remained intact that is how we know even today how human languages came to be. The main thing is humans used their languages as it suited them so most of the concepts and mechanisms whereby they were derived became specialised thing and masses became used to daily used languages. This is how dictionaries of languages came about wherein people simply put words and their frequently used meanings to help them communicate with each other. Later people also tried to trace origin of words and their meanings so new dictionaries came about. However now there is need for dictionaries that are written for understanding revelations of God. This type of dictionaries have to be based upon idea of mechanism used for development of human language so that then possible meanings of words could also be included which may have been used in the past but are no longer used today or that which may be used in time to come. This need arose due to concept of revelation of God because God could not use present form of language in the past because people of those times could not be familiar with later words and their meanings or uses which had not yet been invented and used by people of the past. Not only that God could not tell people about future things he wanted to tell them in the language of their daily use because people will have taken things the wrong way whereas purpose of revelation of God was to correct human concepts about things and not to reinforce their wrong understandings of things. This could only be done if words used by people could also have more meanings than used by people so that concepts conveyed by God could be understood by people when they reached that stage of realisation. Now that stage has been reached this is why there is need for this kind of works on the Quran. It is therefore vitally important that people become familiar with concepts relating language discussed in this study of the Quranic text. Humanity has been struggling with messages from God always and that will remain the case till people have invented or discovered what they need to know for proper understanding of the message from God. God did not start revealing his messages to mankind till they were able to make use of them at least to some degree. All this has been explained in detail already. In this surah word ASH-SHAMS means the Quran, the brilliant light of knowledge from God for the universal establishment of the way of life based upon it for ensuring well being of mankind through themselves as a proper human community in the kingdom of God. However as explained already the verses of the Quran have parallel complementary meanings as well so it also means the sun in the sky which orbits along with the rest of solar system within its own galaxy which is full of other solar systems as well. It is not possible for life to exist on the earth without the sun. Long before sun loses its light and heat, humanity will be gone either to some other place in this universe or be dead already. So the Quran is not describing the end of the world but the beginning of the new way of life whereby people will start living and judging their affairs ie a time will come when deen of Islam will becomes established in this world and that is what is meant by words YAUM AL QIYAAMAH. This Surah predicts big changes in the world to come after the revelation of the Quran till the time when humanity will accept living by guidance of Allah. All opposing elements will either become convinced therefore accept following guidance of Allah or they will have been eliminated by uprisings against such elements by the masses.

If we look at modes of learning then there are only three possible ways people can learn and do things. a)evolutionary b)revelation based and c)a bit of both. Ultimately humanity must reach stage of self organisation and self regulation in this world as a proper human community in a kingdom. To do so is not possible without proper knowledge of real world and its realities as well as proper knowledge of revelation of God. This could not be done through evolutionary learning alone, because as humanity grows with time each generation only makes a very limited progress in knowledge so accumulating the needed information for self organising and self regulating proper human community in a kingdom could take it forever yet it could not have reached that stage because it had no solid foundation to base itself upon hence the need for revealed guidance from God. The question is, how can evolution and revelation lead humanity to where it should be? The answer is, evolutionary interaction between individuals and groups is based upon conflicts and compromises. As people fight each other for their individual and group vested interests a bit of progress is bound to be made each time there is conflict and compromise. In other words such interaction leads to better skills for survival and that means better knowledge and better realisation of things. If this process continues for as long as it is needed then ultimately humanity will reach a stage whereat it could become confused about its origin, purpose and function at least. This is where in comes revelation of God to guide it to its God set destination. The difference the revelation of Allah can make to existence of humanity is the teaching ie the teacher teaches people what they will learn over many, many generations on their own through personal experiences in a very short time. This is what messengers of Allah and their supporters have proven by their examples. It is as if you take one human baby and leave him on his own to learn and do things all by himself and take another human baby and put him through an educational institution to learn and do the very same things and after a while compare them both to each other and see who has learned more and quicker and faced less troubles. So if people are educated about things they need to know then they can come to same point or goal very quickly as compared to not educating them at all. Not only that but people will also save themselves from a lot of unnecessary effort and painful suffering as well. It is easier to learn fire burns through teaching with less pain and effort as compare to jumping into the fire to find out, it burns. The third option is life experience as well as learning through teaching here and there. This also cuts down the time and the suffering but it depends on how much is learned through teaching rather than through personal experience. In short we are talking about development of human mindset, attitude and behaviour fit for self organised and self regulated proper human community in a kingdom and the time it can take for it if it is put through various modes of learning and doing things to reach that stage. So the Quran keeps all these options open for mankind to the very end. In other words Allah has given life and death of people in their own hands so it is up to people themselves to choose what they want out of their lives as individuals and as groups just like other animals in a jungle but with sense and his revelation to turn this jungle into a living paradise for themselves.

To understand the message in the Quran properly one has to realise a vitally important point that even though mankind have been bestowed with brains and senses and all they will ever need to make proper sense of their existence in this world they have not been made capable of knowing how to live in this world properly all by themselves. The reason is the creator and sustainer of the creation created everything including mankind for his purpose according to his own plan so people cannot know his purpose and plan unless they are told about it by their creator himself. It is because mankind have been created to serve purpose of their creator according to his plan therefore they needed to be told how to live in this world properly so that the purpose for which their creator created them could become fulfilled. This is why the creator and sustainer of humanity revealed his messages for them of which the Quran is the final one. When it comes to telling mankind about proper way of life for them it is a huge task which mankind fail to realise. The question is, why is it a huge task to give right advice to mankind as to how they should live in this world properly? It is because to tell people how they should live in this world properly requires knowledge about all things of this world in every way otherwise one cannot guarantee the needed end result. This is why when people need advice from each other about things they try to go to those whom they consider knowledgeable and trustworthy so that they may get the appropriate advice. Anyone who has no knowledge about something or is not trustable is not approached by them. Likewise any book that is attributed to God must also be accepted for advice only according to this set criterion. The Quran as we have seen so far repeatedly claims to be word of God and a lot of people also claim it is word of God but is it truly word of God can only be decided by its proper understanding. If it has the needed information for advising mankind about proper way of life for mankind for their living in this world properly then it proves to be word of God beyond any reasonable doubt otherwise not. Those who have studied the text of the Quran properly in its own proper context they are fully convinced that it does contain all the needed information for the purpose it is revealed ie for guiding humanity. One may say, I have read the whole Quran and I do not find everything in the Quran so it is a lie to claim the Quran contains all the needed information for guiding humanity for living in this world properly. In that case, one has to realise the fact that the Quran is only a short text but it is full of all the needed information. It is like a book of maths wherein one is taught numbers, letters, symbols and formulas for solving all kinds of mathematical problems. No maths book can give people all the possible solutions of all the problems that may or may not arise in their lives. Likewise the Quran also gives people ideas as to how they should solve their life problems when they come across them instead of giving them readymade solutions for such problems across which they may never come in their lifetimes. The Quran is an interactive therefore a living book. This is why people first need to find out how to understand the Quranic text properly from the Quran itself by going through it many times for various reasons. No person can understand the Quranic text properly just by reading it once in one’s life time. Particularly in current situation when almost all people who claim to be Muslims have no idea at all what the actual message in the Quranic text is. Once people come to know the real message of the Quran properly from then on it will become much easier for mankind to understand the Quran properly in a very short time but till then individuals who are interested in knowing the actual message in the Quran will have to work very, very hard to get it from the Quran. This is a very demanding task this is why one has to be highly motivated and fully committed person to get what the Quran has to offer humanity. One is very lucky to be born in this age because most of the ground work has been already carried out by many committed people of the past from all backgrounds and all walks of life. For example, people who have been studying the creation of God have written many books about it and people who have been studying the scriptures have written many things about them so by using all the information provided by them we can come up with new best ideas about both the creation of God and the revelation of God. All this can help us discover the God revealed proper way of life for humanity so that people could have a great future by adopting proper way of life properly.

Proclaim! In the name of Allah, the provider of psychological, sociological and biological needs of mankind,

1] When the brilliant light of Our revelation is made to go around among human beings

Way of life advised by God is a mission assigned by God for people to educate each other about it therefore life of mankind is full of struggles between themselves for learning from each other and for teaching each other. Mankind have always learned things from each and everything they came across that is why they reached where they are today. Things will continue this way till light of knowledge about creation of God and revelation of God brightens up the kingdom of God through enlightenment of humanity.

2] and when the people enlightened by Our revealed knowledge become scattered among human beings

(Or and when the luminaries or the people enlightened by light of Our revealed knowledge become scattered among human beings). This verse can also be interpreted in various other ways as well eg and that is when the luminaries will become etc etc. Behold can also be added with these verses eg behold when the sun of light of guidance goes around among mankind etc. This will mean people should keep an eye out for these things happening in their environments or societies because they will be good news for change for the betterment of those people. Regardless this verse is saying a time will come when people who know the Quran and deen of Islam properly in light of real world realities will come about and they will spread throughout the world in order to help rest of humanity to do the same. The first stage is nearly complete ie the Quran is available throughout the world for people to study it if they wish to do so by themselves. Next stage is coming about of proper scholars of the Quran and deen of Islam and their spreading throughout the human world. This also has begun but when will such scholarship reach the number needed for human population is anyone’s guess but it will. Stage is being set because ground work has almost been completed.

3] and when those who think of themselves as masters of others in Our kingdom disappear

How this stage will come about is open to three possibilities. a)People will become properly educated about the Quran, deen of Islam and real world realities so they will give up their such mindset, attitude and behaviour freely as will be understood as harmful and destructive for humanity as a whole. b)There will arise a clash between people of opposing ways of life and ultimately the Quranic ideology or deen of Islam based people will win over their opponents. c)A bit of both the possibilities is also possible ie carrot and stick as the case may be to persuade people not to be masters and slaves of each other anymore rather be a brotherhood of humanity under God.

4] and when the use of mankind by each other as beasts of burden is abandoned

People have been using each other abusively for personal gains at each other’s expense ever since humanity came about as they did not know better but gradually they have been teaching each other and learning from other so human world has been changing for the better, be it little by little taking a very long time, so it is highly likely that ultimately people will give up such mindset, attitude and behaviour against each other or they will force each other to do so by fighting and compromising with each other, so goal posts will keep on shifting till they are where they are supposed to be.

9] for what reason or in which manner they were kept from realising their full potential

Time is coming when people will question each other as to why a particular person or a particular people are prevented by themselves or others from making progress and becoming prosperous like other fully developed people. None has the right to undermine anyone or to prevent anyone from developing to one’s full God given potential. Not only that each and every person is supposed to do all one can to help others develop to their full God given potential.

10] and when all the pages of Our revealed scripture become laid fully open before the whole of human population and it has understood them properly

Time is coming when humanity will not only have the Quran in its hands but it will also have such people at hand who will be well versed in proper understanding of the message in the Quran. This is how things will change for the betterment of humanity. Abusive use of human beings by each other will gradually vanish as enlightenment gets hold on minds of people.

18] and the daylight as it makes manifest all that was hidden by the darkness of the night

The daylight is light of knowledge of creation of God and revelation of God which brings people out of their ignorance about things and thereby makes things clear to them or demystifies the mysteries of creation of God and revelation of God for them.

19] surely Our revelation is proclaimed among you the mankind by Our highly generous messenger,

Anyone who has any piece of information tries to hide it from others in order to be cleverer than other oneself in order to take undue advantage of them but not so the messenger sent by God. One has to look at our human world and see how many people truly want to educate others to be cleverer than themselves? Almost all politicians, money lenders, priests, their touts and supporters want to confuse masses as much as they can about things in order to try and take undue of them.

20] who is authorised by the Owner of the Throne of the kingdom of the universe,

21] whose way of delivery of Our message is fully consistent with Our requirement as well as he is totally faithful to Our revealed message.

22] Behold! Your this fellow human being is not insane at all

These verses tell us that messenger of Allah who has been given the message in form of the Quran is not an insane person and the message proves it beyond any reasonable doubt (due to containing information beyond capability of humanity) that this person is honourable and trustable person. The Quran here tells mankind that it is not life of the messenger that proves the Quran is truly from Allah but that the Quran is from Allah because of the information it contains therefore it proves the claimant of messengership of Allah as true messenger from Allah. It is because the messenger of Allah lived by his guidance therefore his life became an example for humanity to follow but only in so far as it is relevant to the revealed program, constitution and law of Allah. As explained already in detail. Following the final messenger of God does not mean living in the past ie in the 7th century Arabia. The messenger is only an example in matters wherein he shows how he solved life problems that faced him and his companions for accomplishing his God given mission ie how he started his mission and how he coped with problems that came his way due to the mission. Example does not mean riding camels and using smoke signals etc etc. Each prophet from Allah lived in his own time according to customs that suited his time and place. The final messenger did not live exactly like Adam and likewise if he came and saw Muslims today he will be upset seeing Muslims trying to take humanity back into 7th century life style. The Quran demands that mankind make progress and prosper with time not become stagnant or regress into the past.

The Quran cannot be produced by any human being ever no matter what as already explained in detail so how could a madman? Then why did people who opposed him call the messenger of God a madman? It is because the mission he declared was thought by them as an impossible task for him to accomplish but he did against all odds. The other reason they may have called him mad is because no one teaches anyone anything to be clever to be able to see things for what they really are but he was doing that without charging them anything at all for it. Not only that but he was also helping others instead of using them abusively like the rest of people were using each other abusively, same as we can see today in our human world worldwide that hardly anyone cares for others particularly the less fortunate or disadvantaged.

23] rather he has come across this ultimate wisdom that is verifiably of the highest level

25] This Quran is surely not the word of a harmful and destructive leadership that tries to harm and destroy masses for its personal gains at their expense rather it is a message for protection against it.

Another strong evidence for the truth of this message because harmful and destructive elements in human society can never say and do good things for proper human community, if anything they try their best to say and do things for harming and destroying such a community.

26] Therefore where are you the mankind heading away from this message?

27] This Quran is nothing less than a message for blissful, dignified and secure existence of mankind as a proper human community in the kingdom of their Creator and Sustainer

28] for any individual or group that wishes to follow the way of life that is firmly founded.

The special thing about this message is that it is firmly founded therefore gives a solid base or foundation to mankind to build their proper human community upon it and stay safe from becoming victims to identity crises which results from doubt and instability.

29] Therefore you the mankind should follow no way of life other than that which is consistent with plan and purpose of Allah, the Creator and Sustainer of all the worlds.

This verse explains very clearly the context of God’s will. It is not about people having no choice but that despite having the ability to choose not to do as Allah says if people still do as told by Allah then their lives will become blessed, dignified and secure. A strong slap on faces of foolish mullahs who preach nonsense in the name of TAQDEER ie predestination.

Surah 84 AL-INSHIQAQ-Information explosion about the creation and the revelation among mankind in due course will help people develop and prosper into a proper human community in the kingdom of God that will eventually lead humanity to fulfil the purpose for which God created it and the rest of the creation.

This surah is named AL-INSHIQAAQ from root SHEEN, QAAF and QAAF. Already explained it means expansion or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose. Also explosion or inflation or something blown up or torn apart or opened up or ripped open or an explanation or detail or division or dissention or separation or something cut into pieces or dissection or analysis or a detailed examination of something or research or exploration or enlargement or extension, to probe something or inquire into something, to seek or search for something, to grow or grow bigger or expand or extend or stretch, to go deeper into something, to try to get to the bottom of something, to try to get full picture about something, to try to understand something fully, to undertake a comprehensive study of something, to rip apart something, to fall apart or into pieces or shatter or break up into pieces, to collapse or give in or give up or come to an end or conclude or complete etc etc.

This surah is named AL-INSHIQAAQ because it is about explosion of information about the real world realities that will help mankind understand the real world realities properly to a degree and that will in turn help mankind know the revealed message of God for mankind properly. This full understanding of both the creation of God and the revelation of God will provide mankind with solid foundation to build their proper human community upon in the kingdom of God. Till mankind reach that state of knowledge about things they will remain confused and in chaos always and everywhere in this world. So if people want a best possible world for themselves then becoming literate, educated, trained and thinking human beings is the only way for them. All other ways of life will hold them hostages and prisoners both in minds and bodies and there will not be any escape unless a fight is put up such people in a sensible way which leads them to their freedom. So remaining ignorant, illiterate, uneducated, untrained and unable to think about things properly is no solution for any human problem at all. It is made clear that mankind are here to live regardless they like it or not because that is what Allah decided on his own and he did that because there was no one about to object to what he wanted to do. Because Allah created the world and the people so he gave them a program, a constitution and a law as well as freedom to do as they please with ample warnings about facing consequences. They are told that if they will follow his advice their journey in this world will be made easier for them otherwise they can think and do as they like and face the outcomes of those thoughts and actions as a human family. Ultimately humanity will arrive at the same end that is already pointed out for it in order top fulfil the purpose of God for which he has created it ie it will become a proper human community in a kingdom for ensuring its own well being with help and full support of each other and that way will carry out program of God as it ought to. However one type of journey will be as easy as possible for them as compared to any other type of journey which could be full of painful suffering over a very, very long period of time. So it is up to mankind themselves which way they decide to go and what is to be expected along that way. It matters not whether they find way to their God set target through their own life experiences through their interactions with each other and the rest of the universe and things in it or through divine revelation as well. If mankind understand properly and follow divine revelation faithfully then time of journey will be cut short as well as humanity will save itself from a lot of unnecessary bother and suffering.

Proclaim! In the name of Allah, the provider of psychological, sociological and biological needs of mankind,

2] and that is what is planned about it by its Creator and Sustainer and it will become a reality in due course,

3] and that is when mankind have explored the earth extensively

In these verses it is made clear for mankind that a day or time period will come when people will start exploring the cosmos for information about things outside the earth. However before they do so, they will have advanced sufficiently as regard exploration of the earth. The reason for exploration of the earth before the exploration of the heavens is because information gained from exploring the earth will help explore things elsewhere in the universe.

16] For this reason We draw your attention to the phenomenon of twilight zone

The twilight zone is time when daylight slowly disappears and darkness of night gradually starts taking over by the end of the day or when the light start appearing and night starts disappearing by the end of the night. All this happens gradually as dictated by the universal set up systems and laws of God in the natural world. The same is the case when people shed their ignorance by learning knowledge about things. A human being starts learning knowledge right from the day one is born and reaches his peak during his lifetime and then starts slowing down as one advances age wise and finally becomes confused once more before the end of one’s life. The Quran wants people to learn the knowledge they ought to know and then live by that knowledge in order to have a great life worth living. A human being can never learn everything there is to learn but one can learn what one needs to know for living a successful life in this world. This knowledge comes to a human brain from his human senses by observing real world realities and by studying revelation of God in light of that knowledge. Thereafter one must use that knowledge to live in this world properly and this is what makes a human being a complete person. This is how knowledge about the creation and the revelation gives one a truly purposeful life.

These verses are based upon parallel meanings ie they are talking about physical universe that people will come to know as well as the revelation and therefore become enlightened despite being born ignorant. In other words Allah is talking about how humanity is going to take different ways to make progress from its most simple state of existence to its most complex state of existence. It includes biological, psychological and sociological development of humanity. Not only that but it includes technological development of humanity as well. These verses are comprehensive in this regard so they are very difficult to translate just by putting them in few words.

20] So what is the matter with human ruling elites that they do not commit to working for blissful, dignified and secure existence of mankind as a proper human community in a kingdom on the basis of this revelation

21] instead when the Quran is proclaimed to them, they refuse to submit to it as a program, as a constitution and as a law?

22] No, they not only reject the Quran based way of life themselves but they also try their best to deny its benefits to the rest of humanity as well

23] that is how Allah makes obvious for mankind to see their tricks and mechanisms they try to keep secret from the masses.

24] Therefore deliver to all such human beings the news of terrible painful suffering by hands of each other

25] save those who commit to working for blissful, dignified and secure existence of mankind as a proper human community in a kingdom and they take all needed actions to bring people together to help humanity grow and prosper, for such there will be an unending beneficial outcome of their own thoughts and actions for ensuring well being of each other with help and full support of each other.

Surah 85 AL-BUROOJ–The Quran is a glorious program from Allah for stage by stage development of human beings to help them reach the heights of excellence as a proper human community in His kingdom so that with help and full support of each other they could fulfil the purpose for which He created everything including human beings.

This surah is named AL-BUROOJ from root BAA, RAA and JEEM. As already explained it means something that appears to exist and work as a part of a whole system or unit or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose. Also things which work together as a complete system or unit or the alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, something that appears to be solid or firm or dense or powerful or hard or strong or rigid or rugged or bony or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, a secure or safe place or fort or castle or tower or height or a place of refuge or stay or residence or rest or a shelter or sanctuary or dwelling or lodging or home or house or dome or roof over head or a building or structure of some sort or some kind or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, zodiac signs or constellations or galaxies full of stars and planets or solar systems or a place full of groups of celebrities or luminaries or shinning things or the alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, heavenly zones or stages or heights or levels or steps or stepping stones or resorts for space travellers in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, fortification or reinforcement or backing or support or security or assurance or confidence or trustworthiness or reliability or dependability or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, excellence or height of perfection or prominence or influence or effectiveness or dominance or dominion or control or grip or grasp or pyramid or dome or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, a bond or tie or link or relationship or connection or interlink or interdependence or trustworthiness or reliability or dependability or something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to radiate or express or manifest or discharge or shed or cast or beam out or emit or give off or give out or send out or send forth or scatter or disperse or issue or release or diffuse or vent or pour out or throw out or ooze or eject or spout or exhale or ejaculate or exude or utter produce or let out or defecate or do something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to expose beauty of oneself or someone or something else or give information about oneself or someone or something else or do something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to be strong or beautiful or both or to be working together or to be a person with beautiful face or to be a person or thing that walks about or moves about flirtatiously to attract attention or to be a person with wide or beautiful eyes or to be someone or something that displays charm or flaunts beauty or glory or the alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to hold together or bind together or keep together or bring together or crowd up or assemble or put together or put in touch or keep in touch or do something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose, to induce thinking or to force to think or to draw attention or to raise concern or to force to consider or to trigger probing or force inquiry or research or exploration or invoke thought process or to take over mind or to possess or overpower or overwhelm or takeover or humble or impact or pressurise or sway or raise curiosity or do something alike in some sense in some way for some reason or purpose etc etc.

This surah is named AL-BUROOJ because the Quran is a program that can help mankind rise stage by stage to a most dignified state of existence in due course despite the fact that man is created by God in his most simple state of existence. The potential to develop and progress from that most simple stage of existence that is placed within mankind is huge and it will take mankind generations to realise it fully. This surah informs people about the fact that they have divided themselves into three groups a)those who go by revelation of God b)those who oppose them tooth and nail and c)those who are not bothered at all how opponents of divine guidance treat the supporters of divine guidance. Finally people are told about the plan of Allah and that no matter what people do against the mission assigned by Allah and its supporters this is here to stay and its supporters will keep on growing till it has taken over whole of humanity worldwide or universally. All plots of opponents of guidance of Allah are within reach and in grip of Allah’s set up universal systems and laws so in due course they will fail. Not only that people are also told that the Quran is written on pages that have been collected in form of a book for preservation of its message for ever so there is no chance for loss of the Quran or disappearance of its message from this world. One should always remember the fact that Quranic verses have parallel meanings which are due to the fact that it discusses various fields of knowledge eg history, geography, politics, cultures, economics and sciences etc etc. This is why if we look at the message of the Quran in one context then it means different than when we look at it in another context. The main thing is that all these meanings complement each other. This is why to think the Quran can be understood by a simple minded person is absurd. One has to be highly educated and skilled about subject matters the Quran talks about to be able to understand it properly. Otherwise one turns message of the Quran into mishmash of meaningless words.

Proclaim! In the name of Allah, the provider of psychological, sociological and biological needs of mankind

1] We draw attention to the universe full of galaxies which in turn are full of stars and planets

Here the Quran is telling mankind that they will be able to see universal realities at a much bigger scale than ever before by the time the uprising or revolution is about to take place or as the kingdom based upon guidance of Allah is about to become a reality. Attention of such people is drawn to the universe who want to know things about it so that they pay special attention to issues related to its origin, its functioning or working and its purpose. They need to understand whether it was always there or did it come about therefore it has a beginning or starting point. If it has a beginning then who originated it and for what purpose and how does it work to fulfil its purpose for which its creator and sustainer created it and put it to work. Origin of something out of absolute nothing is not possible at all. Since things exist and they have a beginning therefore they have an ever existing creator and sustainer and the Quran is revealed by him for mankind to explain all this for them so that they could know their God assigned task or mission and carry it out. However attention is also drawn to what human beings have been doing over the ages and the result of that is before our eyes in the form of the world we have today. The Quran explains why this world is the way it is and whether people have been thinking and doing things the way they were supposed to by God. Moreover what people should think and do for their brilliant future in this world as well as in the world to come. Any human failings like the people of the past will have consequences the way there have been for people of the past. People will not find any change in dealing of God with people in response to his guidance. His set up universal systems and laws have been rewarding people with blissful, dignified and secure existence for their thoughts and actions for ensuring well being of each other as a proper human community in kingdom of God as well as making such people face consequences of their thoughts and actions against each other whereby they inflicted harms and destructions upon each other for petty personal gains at each other’s expense.

2] and We also draw attention to the time that is promised

The promised period of time is the time of final uprising or time when kingdom of Allah will become a real thing in this world for good or when one thing will take place and then the other ir first bloody revolution and then establishment of kingdom of God. The attention of those present in this world at any given time is drawn to these events so that they can look at their world and see which way things are moving so that they could have some idea what is going to happen in near future or in distant future. It is made clear that by the time when mankind have become aware of wider universal realities then things will start changing quickly in human world. if uprising takes place then one will see that trouble makers will be in terrible troubles themselves by hands of each other if they did not repent and reform themselves due to information available to them at the time. Bloody revolution will only take place if people do not change by learning information and making proper sense of it. It is because as time marches on human population will increase to a dangerous level and handling so many people by force will not be possible by any individual or group of people by any of their tricks or mechanisms so a time will have to come when people will be forced to fight each other for things they need or want or they will have no choice but to accept each other whole heartedly and learn to live with each other by sharing things with each other and caring for each other. They will then be forced to do things together with full agreement and support of each other or unending fights will start between people. This is why all ways of life will come to an end whereby a few people try to take over all of the land and its resources and means of production and distribution not because they need them but so that they could control livelihood of all other human beings in order to control or enslave them so that then they could use them for whatever they want them for ie to fulfil their own harmful and destructive agendas. This is happening already but not at the scale it is going to happen in time to come. This is why all human populations everywhere in this world must wake up before it is too late in order to stop such people in their tracks at least in their own countries or places. This is why rule by using wealth or money is much more dangerous than rule based upon strength of arms whereby people became kings over their people in the past. Why absolute monarchy came to an end and constitutional monarchy came into being? So that people live by rule of law rather than by rule of any single person or a small group of persons ie king and his men. Since then the idea of rule by majority of people has been in place both in single party system as well as in multiparty system of government. However this support is gained by ruling elite by bribing or enticing people through various incentives rather than ensuring well being of majority of people. Ruling elite makes laws itself for itself and masses which give them huge advantage over the people they rule or masses. People have money based dealing system whereby people in positions of power inflict terrible losses upon masses for their personal profits or gains at their expense. Then ruling elite has mullas at its disposal to ensure masses remain confused because mullas tell masses their poverty is gift of God for them to test them how Godly people they are. In times gone by when a people only had one person as ruler at least they knew who to blame for their problems related to governing issues but now power is split between many so no one knows who to hold responsible for the problems in their daily life. Masses have become football between rulers, money lenders, mullas and their touts and supporters who are having great fun while kicking them around. This is why people run to rulers, money lenders and mullas for getting solutions for their daily living problems but each of them tells them to go to others and if they tell them any solutions they cannot be carried out by them or they do not solve their problems. All this is happening to masses in the human world due to masses themselves staying ignorant, foolish and stupid due to which they are fooled by rulers, money lenders, mullas, their touts and supporters as well as each other. All because masses themselves want to remain independent of each other or unconnected with each other in a meaningful way so they give opportunities to people from among themselves to become their controllers and abusers and manipulators in various ways. Senseless masses are like donkeys for rulers, money lenders and mullas who ride them as they like.

3] of every person as well as every group of persons that observes keenly the natural universe and the human world.

Attention of human beings is drawn to human world regarding human origin, what people have been thinking and doing since their origin and the purpose for which God created them so that people could see which way they have been going and what they have accomplished so far in light of guidance of God and what more they need to do to fulfil the purpose for which God created them.

4] The fact is, doomed are those people who make this world a hellhole for themselves by inflicting harms and destructions upon each other for petty personal gains at each other’s expense and those who do nothing against it

5] that is how the fire of hatred gets ample supply of fuel

6]because most of the people have settled for continue living this way over a very, very long periods of time

7] despite the fact that they witness what is done by some of them to those who are committed to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind.

It is a very sad situation when people who stand up for humanity are persecuted by tyrants and their supporters and others just sit idle looking at the show as if enjoying it. Such people also become victims of same treatment by same or similar people in due course. In short Allah is telling people that do not let such people suffer who work for ensuring well of humanity and as soon as you see this happening wake up and stand up before it is too late even for yourselves. Letting enemies of humanity take over the world is a biggest possible mistake which people ever make and because of that they pay the heaviest price in time to come. All this because with time harms and destructions of people by hands of each other spread and this becomes their way of life which becomes more and more entrenched as time marches on therefore it becomes harder and needs much more effort for much longer time to uproot and meanwhile humanity suffers terribly.

8] The truth is, they torture and persecute them for no other reason than their commitment to working for blissful, dignified and secure existence of humanity as a proper human community in a kingdom according to way of life advised by Allah, the One Whose advised way of life can make humanity mighty strong which thereby can manifest glory of His guidance

As the Quran itself explains fully what the bone of contention is between the two groups ie party of Allah and party of satan=harmful and destructive leadership and following there is no need to go into detail here.

9] the One to Whom alone belongs the kingdom of the heavens and earth. That is why Allah reveals all things about His plan and purpose for mankind so that they make it a self evident reality.

10] Behold! Those who persecute such men and women who are committed to working for blissful, dignified and secure existence of mankind as a proper human community in a kingdom and do not stop and reform will themselves in due course end up in terrible agonising painful suffering by hands of each other in the hell of their own making.

11] As for those who commit to working for unity, peace, progress and prosperity of mankind as a proper human community in a kingdom therefore they work hard to remove conflicts from between people and thereby mend relationships between them and that way help mankind develop and prosper, for them await kingdoms in which flow rivers for their livelihood, that will be their greatest accomplishment or achievement.

12] Surely plan and action of your Creator and Sustainer for fulfilling the purpose for which He created all things is a foolproof one.

13] It is He Who has originated the whole creation according to His plan and purpose so He evolves it along that with time.

God never does things randomly or haphazardly otherwise nothing could make any sense to anyone at all. The idea that God has power so he can do anything therefore he does such things is utterly absurd and stupid. Had this world and things in it worked randomly then nothing could be predictable at all. People could not make any tools or weapons or instruments or other things of need or want because material will not have fixed properties to remain the same or work the same way at all times. Imagine fire behaving in a funny way ie sometimes hot and at other times freezing cold randomly. None will be able to know what is going to happen when anyone uses the fire for anything at all. Likewise iron will become wood or even a human being due to having no fixed properties or characteristics. This is why people who believe in supernatural interventions of God in this world are completely wrong. God has set this world up so that all things in it work on basis of law of cause and effect this is why nothing can happen in this world without some natural cause. Supernatural act of God is only one ie the creation or at most two may be revelation as well if it is not part of creation in some way whereby God puts his messages in minds of his messengers. This is why all interpretations of the Quran are wrong in which interpreters have been attributing to God wrong things such as miracles and magic or supernatural beings such as spirits, ghosts, demons or angels etc etc. God does not need help of invisible beings to run this universe or things in it because he runs it through setting up physical systems and laws which govern all operations in this world whereby things happen or events take place on basis of law of cause and effect.

14] He is the One Who has provided mankind out of love and kindness with His guidance for ensuring their blissful, dignified and secure existence through help and support of each other as a proper human community in His kingdom to fulfil His purpose for which He created them,

15] the Owner of the glorious kingdom of the universe

16] Who carries out what He plans.

17] Has there not reached you information about the harms and destructions inflicted upon each other for petty personal gains at each other’s expense by huge groups of people

18] of Pharaoh and of Thamud?

The plan of Allah cannot be defeated by mankind and those who tried their best to do that ended up harming and destroying themselves by inflicting harms and destructions upon each other for petty personal gains at each other's expense. In these short surahs certain events are just hinted at but they have been explained in all necessary detail elsewhere in the Quran.

19] Yet the opponents of His guidance persist in denying for themselves and others what is proper and beneficial for the mankind,

20] despite the fact that set up systems and laws of Allah have all their plots and schemes or tricks and mechanisms fully in their control.

21] Surely this Quran is a glorious program for Our set goals for mankind with guidelines for constitution and laws for their blissful, dignified and secure existence as a proper human community in a kingdom

22] inscribed in the form of a book between covers for preservation.

The Quran was written in pages by the final messenger of Allah which were collected in form of a book and passed onto his supporter from which all the rest of copies of the Quran came. Some pages of the copies of the Quran from the time of the final messenger of God still exist in the world.
