Dear Aslam ! There is difference between the context of the subjects at the places, 25/20 and 51/32 where word “RUSUL” appeared.
To know the sense of Rusul in verse 25/20 you have to keep in your mind the complete Surah ALFURQAN, then pay especial attention at verses 25/7-20 you will definitely, be comprehended with the term RUSUL, which could be one of the ordinary person among the society.
As for as term RUSUL used in the verse 51/32 is concerns, it has been described in different scenario and context. Remember these Rusul had been assigned an especial task (to debate with Qaom e Loot) which ultimately disgraced/ put down/humiliated the Qaum e Loot, here the Rusul were called “TAIRAN ABABEEL”( the strong, intelligent, smart and most articulate people , as written in Surah 105).
Eating or not eating is not an issue.

Dear Moazzam,
Thank you for your response. The Rusul , whom you have termed as “TAIRAN ABABEEL” were at all human kind, When they came to Ibrahim , why Ibrahim said them "We feel afraid of you" (15/52) & why He conceived a fear of them in His heart? (51/28) And what authority these strangers (“TAIRAN ABABEEL” ) had to give Ibrahin glad-tidings of the birth of boy?
Who were these “TAIRAN ABABEEL” Were they sahab-e-Vahee Rusul? Why did they not eat roasted calf presented by Ibrahim (51/26-27) ? Please explain in detail.

Dear Brother Aslam! To know the facts about RUSUL, IJL, GLADE TIDING TO IBRAHEEM you have to read the following post.
The LOOT became MOMIN (he left the fohash and joined the IBRAHIM) refer to verse 29/26.
Later on the LOOT was appointed at the status of prophet hood in his nation see the verse 37/133.
This was the specialty of Prophet LOOT that, he has been working at especial mission in the same society beside the IBRAHIM read the verse 7/59----85.
The whole nation was involved in SHIRQ but QAOM E LOOT was providing fake material to justify the SHIRQ (this act is called fohash).
To know the facts go to the verses11/77--82,15/84,27/54--58 here just put the true meanings of above said quranic terms BINAT AL QUOM,RAJL,ZAOJ and SHAHWA.
Actually the (Qaom-e-loot)devastators were enjoying the support of RAJJAL / MALA AL QUOM (the elite class) and left the weaker companions(NISA) of their society to proliferate the fohash (anti islamic material parallel to Alkitab)
The great message of Allah almighty never care about eating drinking like issues rather always addresses important matters of humanity .Even the “Tamsilies stories” written in Quran possess eternal values related to the subject matters. In this story the following terminologies has been used.
IJLIN HANEEZ / IJLIN SAMEEN= The perennial concocted stories having anti Islamic materials.”

SUBH = Means the time of appearing ultimate results see the verses 81/18,7/78,7/91,11/67,11/94
HIJARATAN = The leader- like people see the verses 15/80, 2/24
RUSUL = In verse 11/69 means the people having good articulation and fighting skill who defeated the Qaom-e-loot.
FUHASH = The anti Islamic Matterial which supports Shirk.
AMR = The proper time of results.
TAAKLOON = To make them understand
ISMAIL:- It is derived from “ ASMAA” .A man with a good repute in a society( Ismail with the same weight of mekail)
ISHAQ:- Sahaq is the quality of a person who convince the opponent by repeatedly arguing (Ashaq al Qalb means a soft hearted man) SAHAQ to grinde.
YAAQOOB:- A good successor (jan nashin), Al aqoob means who follow the foot steps. ZAHAKA = To comprehend the sense read the verse 43/47, 23/110
As we know the “tormented” or “prosperous life” of any nation depend on his activities, systems, and deeds, (makafat-e-amal) . 1:- In Surah Hood the fall of six different nations such as Qaom-e-Nooh, Qaom-e-Hood, Qaom-e-Samood, Qaom-soaib, Musa and Firaon,Qaom-e-Loot and their ultimate end results has been discussed (to set examples for mankind beyond time and space).

2:- The Qoum-loot has been involved in Fuhash (To flourish the anti Islamic ideology to promote Shirk in collaboration with Rajjal Al Qaom)
3:-The continuous efforts by prophet Loot and Ibrahim produced the group of Momineen.

4:- The “RUSUL” mentioned in verse 11/69 was the people having good articulation and fighting skill who defeated the Qaom-e-loot.The people(momineen) can play role to support the prophet’s mission same as mentioned in verse 36/21.

CONCLUSION:- The group of people having good articulation and fighting skill (Momineen) came to Ibraheem to inform their mission(good news of coming successors in his nation who will promote his mission) also described their plan of action for Qaom-e-loot.

The verse 11/69 -70, 51/26-27 shows that these Rusul hats “IJJL” because they never supported the perennial concocted fuhash material as ibraheem immediately discussed with them(IJJIN HANEEZ/ IJJLIN SAMEEN), whether they understand(verse 51/27)
The verse 11/71- 73, 51/28-29 describes that, Ibraheem’s nation surprisingly astonished ( see the verse 51/29)at the glade tiding of revolution and the “producing leader ship(Ishaaq, Yaqoob)” from the present disappointed barren nation in lieu of the said revolution (the destruction of Qaom e Loot).

The verses11/74-76 shows the difference of opinions in line of action between Ibraheem and Rusul, because of Ibraheem’s humbleness and his polite attitude.

Come to the verse 11/77 when this group (Rusul) reached to Prophet Loot, he inferred the on going situation and apprehended some what, about the coming tough/harsh period at his nation.

Come to the verse 11/78 initially, loot introduced rusul and their polite teaching way(like binat) to his Qaom and invited them to mind the “MAKAFAT-E-AMAL” (THE CONSEQUENCES).

Verse 11/80shows that his Qaom violently discouraged the polite attitude of Rusul then Loot warned them about the enforcement of power (maarka-e-haq-o-batil) by the said Rusul.
The verse11/81-82 shows that Rusul proposed prophet loot to migrate for the remaining portion of dark time (dour-e-zulmat), your nation is going to face the bitter consequences of their deeds very soon, the resultant out put is not far. Ultimately the Rusul took the action described in verse 82.

Moazzam bhai.

Please, Please and please what about that "The one so called wife of loot, female, old lady" which is always mentioned whom was left behind. WHY is it related this way through Al-Furqaan.

37: 135 Ajoozan fil ghabireen.
11:81 il la Amrataka in-nahu museebuuha ma asabahum.
7:83 il la Amratahu kanat minal ghabireen.

Who was this, what purpose does it serve now, what lesson should be drawn from such "Tasmeel".

Thanks in Advance.

Ayn-Jiim-Zay = to become behind, lack, become in the rear, lag behind (strength), become incapable, powerless, be weak. ujuzun - old women. a'jaza (vb. 4) to weaken, frustrate, find one to be weak. mu'ajiz - one who baffles. ajzun (pl. a'jazun) - portion of the trunk that is below its upper part.

37:135. Except an "old woman" who was among those who lagged behind:

Is this an old lady or a weak incapable, powerless nation?

Miim-Ra-Alif = It (food) was wholesome or approved in its result, easy to swallow, not attended by trouble, quick in digesting, light to the stomach, to descend well, to be salubrious in its air (land), in the habit of doing what is approved and shunning what is held base, preserve the soul from filthy actions, to be possessed of manly perfection or manly virtue or moral goodness, give food (on the occasion of building a house or marrying).

11:81. (The Messengers) said: "O Lut! We are Messengers from thy Lord! By no means shall they reach thee! now travel with thy family while yet a part of the night remains, and let not any of you look back: but thy wife (will remain behind): To her will happen what happens to the people. Morning is their time appointed: Is not the morning nigh?"

Really dont understand how this became "wife"

83. But we saved him and his family, except his wife: she was of those who legged behind.

Only his FAMILY was saved? who are those legged behind, women were not gay? If Ahlahu is family, then ahl bayt must be family of the Prophet, panjj tann paak... :P???

Dear Iqbal kay shaheen! The Imraa not always means wife, especially in the following cases “IMRAA” means throng/crowd/ mob 70/38,74/52, 80/37
See Imraat loot, Imraata Ibraheem, Imraata Abu lahab, Imraata Nooh,Imraata Firaon.
The meanings of “AAL, AHL, means the followers.
Read the verse 37/134-135, 11/81, 7/83, 7/83 here it is clearly mentioned that, Ahl e loot has been rescued, whereas “IMRAATAHO” destroyed (Ajoozan fil ghabereen).
Sea the behaviour of IMRAATA Ibraheem in verse 51/29, they have insistently (sirrah) been at their belief and came forward to be more firmed/compacted in their intentions. The Imraata Ibraheem ridiculously(zahakat) pointed out the incapability’s(Ajooz, Aqeem) of his nation to produce leaders like ISHAQ/ISMAIL/YAQOOB.
Aqeem = Barren
Ajooz = Incapable.
