Nargis is not happy. I know which translation to rely upon duo inconsistency and inaccuracies by many authors. Their translations are subject to previous views and biased opinions.I dont want to die not knowing the truth of the Quran. What to do?

Which of the translation that are available are remotely close to the actual message of the Quran ? When i read the translation, it is obivious that there are many discrepancies which leave doubts in my mind (pehle hi mind nahi hai ). This takes away any confidence in those who claim to have knowledge and repeatedly promote their own titles and credentials - they insist that they are "openminded and lifelong students" however announcing their portfolio seems to be their only agenda.

Thats why im not happy to be angry. so there is no happy new year this year!!!!!

Dear Sister Nargis if you dont mind i would like to say that DO NOT GET YOURSELF CONFUSED.Concentrate on Arabic grammar and lexicon.DO YOUR BEST AND LEAVE THE REST.For this purpose you should use LUGHATUL QURAN,TABWEEBUL QURAN,MATALIBUL FURQAN and MAFHOOMUL QURAN BY LATE ALLMA PERVEZ SAHIB.These things are enough for a beginner.Do not get angry Allah wil not ask you beyond your potential.I hope brother Aurangzaib will also advise you and will suggest you something that you need. Thanks

SISTER NARGIS,

Regards, I appreciate your desire to seek truth. I am certain you will surely be blessed with
wisdom and knowledge which your soul needs. Besides, advises of other brothers, I would like to say do not
forget your own self.

"apnay mun main doob ker pa ja soorghay zindgi"

Meditate on the verses of Quran and nature yourself. Find your own truth as Buddha said.

Dear Sis Nargis,

You see you are not alone. Our companions have promptly come forward to stand with you and suggest remedies for the problem.

I must admire your genuine concern. More so, as it is my own foremost concern too.
Your words represent my own soul. Fantastic! “I also don’t want to die before I have known the truth of the Great Quran”. Otherwise, I would die BLIND; and would be raised BLIND in the hereafter too! I assume our whole company here shares this opinion.

To KNOW the truth of Quran is the ultimate goal for us helpless people; as this is the maximum we can strive for within our meager capacities and appalling conditions, given the fact that our fates are in the hands of a handful of Global Capitalist Mafiosi. All the tyrant democratic rulers of nations have joined hands with the Shayitaan who is now symbolized in Global Capitalism (Quranic Mutrifeen). Together they have gone to the extremes of exploitation and plunder of humanity and its global resources. Divine teachings that aim to build high noble characters cannot be allowed by that Mafia to produce tangible results. High moral character is doubtlessly the terror of this Global Mafia because that’s the only power that can produce true leaders of men and herald the end of their tyrannical rule.

That was a pessimistic view of any eventual likelihood of the spread and enforcement of Divine Values and Principles in the present times.

But, so far as “just knowing” the truth of Quran is concerned, I would suggest there is no need to be disappointed. More and more students and scholars are now, more than ever before, busy in exploring and discovering Quran afresh. Advancement in knowledge and human intellect are opening up new vistas of thought, vision and endeavor. Aastana, under the leadership of Dr. QZ, is also doing its little bit in this process of discovery and dissemination. Old tafaseer are not worth spending valuable time on, and can safely be discarded given their typical blind pursuit of Imam Tabari & Company.

Your reference to the “lifelong student” discloses that you have already circumnavigated your journey of learning up to and beyond Allama Pervaiz. Your presence in this forum is proof enough of your flair for keeping up with the evolution. I have been wandering around diverse institutes claiming to be active in Quranic dimensions. Among all of those, I have found out that this forum was the most advanced one in its vision, perspective and methodology. Not a single interpretation here goes against the dictates of modern rationality and advancement in knowledge. So, my being here is a source of contentment and an assurance of safety from eventual Divine retribution. I hope you too have some sort of identical feelings. Let us continue our journey. If not satisfied in the near future, we might look for some other destination. “We must die seeking ultimate truth wherever we find it”.

God bless you.

Dear All, greatest satisfaction a person achieves even in current world is when he helps a person be it by providing resources of survival or by any service. Frame of mind on the day when an action is done to help a needy is Awesome for any person. A thought of working on those lines which might help millions and billions till the end of this universe should set our mind to that exalted frame of mind which would keep us at peace. Stability of mind at any circumstance is one of the basics of achieving max results.

We are propagating with a great pace. I think progress made in last 10years is more than the amount of work done and results achieved in 20th century in 100 years. Thanks to mobiles, internet and all mediums which reduced the gap of communication.

No matter at what level of understanding we are lets do our best with skills we got and lets keep enhancing our skills and understanding till the last breath. Salath(being involved in socio economy system) is responsibility till the last breath.

Just 2 cents from my side for understanding the need to have a stable mind (come what may) which would serve more to society.

Thanks,
Mubashir Syed.

“Nargis is not happy”.
Because, she says that all translations of Quran are subject to previous views and biased opinions and she does not want to die not knowing the truth of the Quran.
Distressing indeed!
We are all going to die without knowing the truth about so many things.
But God stated in the Quran, “We have made this book simple to understand so that people could get guidance from it”.
Then why is Nargis not happy. Does she not believe in this undertaking of God? Why does she not take guidance from Quran? Why complain about translations?
Or there could be other reasons of Nargis not being happy. She is a sensitive and caring lady. She must be feeling the pain of people living in extreme poverty, dying due to hunger, food scarcity, diseases, malnutrition or those who kill others or get killed trying to get a piece of bread for their siblings.
Children die for non-availability of medicines, trying to find food in filth dumps and getting diseases instead. Not having access to clean drinking water or shelter from weather extremities. What to talk about education, recreation, happiness.
Do Quranic translations provide more reasons for Nargis to be unhappy?
Let the humanity suffer and die. Let them stink and choke and perish like junk. They are useless lot.
Quran could do nothing for them in 1400 years and will do nothing in future except undertakings.
The west succeeded in making welfare states without Quranic guidance.
We curse them and hate them and pray for their destruction and put them in hell... for stealing the goodies from Quran. Still Nargis is not happy.

Shariq

The Quran is easy to understand and its fully detailed nd it leaves nothing outsid, but its in arabic language. Allah, has not commanded nor required that anyone know the Arabic "language", however, to ensure that non-Arabic speaking people know that they are being given a proper translation, it does behoove one to know what the Arabic means in the Quran. Shirkists and hadithists have misinterpreted the Quran and made people suffer. Thats why we need the true meaning in the Quran so we can help establish "humanity". As long as we dont know what "Salaat" means, we cant establish it. Abraham, Jesus, and other prophets where non-Arabs, yet, they were to to keep salaa in "their" language.Thats because they knew what it was......

Just like that, i want to know everything in the Quran,i dont know thats why im not happy.

Nargis is not happy again. Well, you have valid reasons for your UN-happiness. I may not be able to answer
you but can assure you that you will be happy soon if you kept thinking untiringly.

Dear Shariq,
See, how you have discouraged your sister from thinking. Do you still maintain your
advise as someone did for Moazzem. I hope you can't be so cruel. Please reconsider your advise
and expunge your verdict so that our sister could think and the journey to learn may commence
again.
