Q.What do you guys think - Why some children around the world are born with defects like, blindness, handicapped, infected with acute diseases (HIV) etc., Why do they suffer their life for no fault of their own? Why does God do this them?

This is a proof of God not interfering directly in our lives, as everything happens according to the prescribed laws. The laws are doing the job; they don't see who it is involving. Pedophile is provided oxygen just as his victim. IF a new born baby is thrown from a mountain, he will die same as a criminal.
The Question could be, is it fair by the Creator that he made laws where children are affected by a process they are not responsible for….
OR why is it made like that…
I don’t know, but this is how it is,
So I wonder, how would it be if the laws were not here?

2.Dear Nargis. thx for ur input.
I am amazed to read that 'God does not interfere directly in our lives'. An immediate question pops up that 'Why/what is DUA' then? - We generally make DUA to request God's interference in our life right?
However, my question remains 'Why His system is so?' - God says in Quran that 'He is Just' and 'He loves Justice'. Aren't those children deprived of their basic natural requirement?'.

Dua is an effective psychological tool to bring change in the psyche of doer though heartily repeating/uttering his desires, the results depends exclusively on due course of process.
The word ‘DUA’ (دعا) is from root letters (د ع و), the basic meanings are, to call, to invite, to ask.
One has to see the context in which the word has appeared to get to the meaning of the word in the sentence.
The concept of ‘DUA’ in the religious concept is not described in Quran. Quran says in 14/34
He has aleady provided what you are asking for.
There are some people who say O our sustainer (Benovalent) give us excellent in this world and also in the world to come, and save us from the suffering of the Fire.
This verse is normally used to justify Dua as a prayer or wirship. But lets have a look at the answer
These people will have the share for what they have earned.
Ponder deeply in this answer, is it not strange?
We ask for something and Allah refused it and instead said :- that you will only get that share for which you have worked for.
0 O our sustainer (Benovalent)we heard a call from a caller to accept eeman (faith) and we accepted . O our sustainer forgive us from our past wrongdoings,Keep us away from bad deeds of the present ,and let our death be with the virtuous. o our sustainer grant us that which you have promised us through your prophets,and donot disgrace us on the day of judgement.Indeed You never fail to fullfill your promise. So the sustainer answered their prayer "I dont waste the effort of any person who makes a struggle,either a male or female. You are from one another. So those who migrated, driven away from their homes and suffered in my cause, fought and were forced to fight ,I will certainly keep them away from wrong deeds and shall most undoubtedly bestow upon them the gardens under their control. As a reward from Almighty. Indeed He has the most gracious rewards.
You can see for yourself God heard the prayer of a person who has accepted the right path and in reward he is asking be forgiven for the wrongdoings of the past, be kept away from wrong deeds presently and be on the right path till death.
he is asking for every possible reward for the past, present and future, he is still not satisfied with that and wants everything promised through prophets,
But then again, have a look at the answer from God, Do some work and get the reward weather you are a male or a female. No effort will be wasted of anybody. Do something and get the reward. Asking without doing anything is not acceptable.
Please search in the Quran, at every place where the concept of ‘DUA’ is introduced , and you will always find that people will have to put some effort in first then then expecting the result.
Why all the DUAs are asked from RAB and not ALLAH ?
At one place only you will find اللھم before ربنا in verse 114 of sura 5 . الھم is a word to dignify or to give respect before you call someone.
Now let me ask another question, Is there any difference between Allah and Rab ? What does Rab do ....................! His main aim is to nourish the creation of God i.e.
Whereas Allah creates and gives parameters. o That’s why the king is called Rab in sura Yusuf Now a little bit of discussion on the meanings of مغفرت .
The word مغفرت is from root letters غ ف ر meaning to protect. The words made from غ ف ر are مغفر means Helmet which protects, another word غفیر means huge In urdu we call جم غفیر for a big gathering . غفور means the one who pardons.
Now coming to verse 28 of 71 He is asking, protection for all momins including his parents ( if they are ) from that authority who is responsible for ربوبیت عالمینی.
Just go through the sura. It's a beautiful Sura giving details of the struggle of prophet Noh.

4.Dear Nargis
I understand from your beautiful explanation above that, it is inappropriate to repeatedly ask for help from the Provider. He has already provided the job-descriptions. We just need to understand and act on it - the reward is ensured.
Concept of Dua is clear now.
Dear All,
Coming to the main question - referring to the 'defects' (as mentioned in my question) in the creation, one of my friends said to me that 'Even God's creation is not 100% Perfect'.
I don't know, what stand do I take in this respect. I know, there are people who are working on eradicating these illnesses (like scientists, doctors etc.,) There are those who are helping them. They are true servants of God and are to be revered.
But the point is, why are they born with it? Why are they suffering from it? I am sure, most of them are repeatedly asking themselves a question: 'why me?' 'what crime did I commit to suffer this?'.
Can my friend be correct?

5.Dear Sameermopa, in simple words as i understand, Dua is to sprout a wish. The first step of achieving something is to sprout a wish which will lead to actions towards the process required to achieve.
Its not about things which were not in our hands its all about what we can do from here on.
As understood as universal truth LAWS OF NATURE are fixed. Right ingredients in cooking (Dal Roti) will make it tasty...what can god do if some puts more chilli/salt in PROCESS of preparation...( oops sorry for using a bad example on a fly)
Handicap/ Weak section might obviously have" Why me" question coz society is EUNUCH when it comes to comforting the weaker section. Dr Jonas Salk has done his part by discovering polio vaccine and so should be the case to overcome all that go wrong even in flexible band width of Nature which is still accommodating humans even all chaos/transgression which they have been doing since their existence on face of earth.
A lot can be said and discussed on the subject matter, but bottom line would be cause and effect for things which are in our hand and for things which are not YET in our hands.
Note: Not sure if it makes sense to any...just 2 cents with my meager understanding...
